1. About the program
- Learn with Kayes operates as an independent online learning program and is not affiliated with a school, institution, or other educational platform.
- Enrollment is voluntary. Students and parents should review the course details, schedule, and fees before applying.
- Students and parents should not represent the program as part of another institution.
2. Fees, payment & refunds
Payment options
- Students may select an available monthly or multi-month payment plan, including a six-month option where offered.
- Course fees are payable in advance for the selected enrollment period.
- For ongoing monthly enrollment, payment should be completed by the 10th of each month and before participating in classes for that paid period.
- If fees remain unpaid, class participation and access to learning resources may be paused until payment is completed.
Refund policy
Please choose your payment plan carefully
As we offer a monthly payment option for families who prefer flexibility, all confirmed course payments are final and non-refundable, including payments made for multiple months in advance. This applies if a student later withdraws, misses classes, or chooses not to continue, subject to any rights required by applicable law.
If you have any doubts about a long-term commitment, we warmly encourage you to pay monthly instead.
- Paying for several months in advance is optional; please select the period that best suits your plans.
- No cash refund or unused-month adjustment is offered for voluntary early discontinuation, except where required by applicable law.
- A student who cannot attend temporarily due to examinations or other valid reasons can continue using available recordings and learning resources during the paid enrollment period.
- Voluntary cancellation or non-renewal does not qualify for a refund, except where required by applicable law. Students retain access to their dashboard and available class recordings, notes, and learning resources until the end of their paid enrollment period.
3. Classes & attendance
- Classes are currently conducted online.
- Regular attendance and active participation are expected.
- Missed classes are not rescheduled individually unless the instructor makes a special arrangement.
- Class schedules or arrangements may be adjusted when necessary. Significant changes will be communicated to students and parents.
4. Dashboard, recordings & learning materials
- Each enrolled student receives access to a personal dashboard for available class recordings, notes, and learning resources.
- Class recordings, live-class content, notes, and other learning materials are provided for the enrolled student's own learning.
- Sharing, copying, redistributing, or publicly posting class materials or recordings without permission is prohibited.
- Access to resources is tied to the student's paid enrollment period.
5. Referral discounts
- For every three new students successfully referred and enrolled, the referring student qualifies for a 20% discount on the next month's fee.
- For six successful referrals, another 20% discount is applied to the remaining fee, rather than adding the percentages together.
- For nine successful referrals, a further 20% discount is applied to the new remaining amount.
- Discounts apply only after the required referrals are successfully enrolled.
6. Quarterly student recognition
- Learn with Kayes may organize student recognition or gift activities on a quarterly basis.
- Students may be considered based on performance, discipline, consistency, and overall improvement.
- Selection and recognition are at the instructor's discretion; an award is not guaranteed.
7. Changes to program policies
- Learn with Kayes may update class schedules, program rules, or referral and discount policies when required.
- Students and parents will be informed in advance of significant changes.
